We believe in squeezing every last drop out of life
That looks different for everyone. For some, it's about performance and pushing their limits. For others, it's about longevity and learning what their body needs to stay healthy. And for many, it's about losing weight, reducing pain, or finally taking back control of their life story.
Our mission is to help both inspire and illuminate the way for people in finding their personal path to health. We're growing a grass-roots festival that celebrates our community and all the wonderful things ways to live a healthy and fulfilling life here in New Hampshire.
We also believe in giving back. This is a not-for-profit event, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Kearsarge Neighborhood Partners. The rest will go into making this a sustainable event that can grow and support the community year after year.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The NH Health + Wellness Festival is a free, family-friendly celebration of everything that makes this community strong, vibrant, and connected. It’s a chance to come together, enjoy time outside at the beautiful Mt. Sunapee resort, and explore what healthy living means for you.

Uphill Super-G Race
Test your mettle against the mountain in an uphill drag race. Put your hill climb skills to the test! To sign-up, click here.
Vendor Alley
Visit with and learn from the best physical therapists, gyms, massage therapists, nutritionists, naturopaths, kids recreation programs, and equipment vendors in the area.
Fitness midway
Compete for prizes in fun games and challenges suitable for all ages. Games will include the Human Slot Machine, Rolling Thunder Grip challenge, and Giant Skeeball.
Cooking competition
Throw down and see who has the sharpest cooking skills in the valley! Our judges will evaluate your entries based on taste, execution, presentation, and creativity. Advance sign-up required. To sign-up, click here.

The event will run on Saturday, August 23rd from 9am-3pm.
The festival is free and open to all.
In the event of rain we will still run the festival indoors at the Mount Sunapee Base Lodge and outdoors under tents.

The world of health + wellness can be confusing. We're constantly bombarded with conflicting information, and the path forward can be unclear. We want to help you cut through that noise by connecting you with the professionals best suited to working with you to create lasting change- whether that means reducing pain, losing weight, getting stronger, or whatever it takes to write the next chapter in your life story!
Our goal is for you to leave our event knowing exactly what you need to do to reach your goals moving forward into the fall. To that end, we'll be debuting our Health Matchmaker Service.
